You can install Launcher in any none rooted Android phone and rooted too

As you know for Bootanimation root is required

Instructions ( For Unrooted Phone )

1. Download Google Home (14.5MB)

2. Install it normally

3. Now enjoy New Wallpapers

4. Done

Instructions ( For Rooted Phone )

1. Download Flashable Zip (17.7MB)

2. Boot into Recovery And Flash It

3. Reboot Phone

4. Enjoy new Bootanimation and Launcher
